Scope & Content This now-rare lithographed broadside celebrating a gallery of Louisiana's black Reconstruction officials, including Caesar C. Antoine, around a portrait of Oscar J. Dunn, the first black lieutenant governor hung in thousands of black homes in the 19th century.
