Provenance Worn by donor's father, James B. Sutherlin. James B. Sutherlin was part of the 155th Ambulance Company in the 114th Sanitary Train. Men in the 114th were from Arkansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.

When James enlisted, his registration card shows he was an oil field worker for the Gulf Refining Company in Goss, LA. When he returned from France, he moved to Haughton. He was employed by the Louisiana Ordnance Plant in Minden.
