Copy of land transfer on from Mrs. Margaret C. Callihan a resident of East Baton Rouge Parish in Louisiana, to Andrew J. Reynolds a resident of Caddo Parish, State of Louisiana. All the portion of fractional section Thirty-two (32) Township Eighteen (18) North Range Thirteen (13) west lying above and West of Cooper Bayou and fronting on Red River in the Parish of Bossier State of Louisiana together with all buildings and improvements thereon. The property above described and herein conveyed was purchased by David M. Callihan and is known as the "Old Wright Place" and contains Fifty (50) acres of land more or less. Land sold for the consideration of $3302.50. |
